Additional topics covered include customer service (meeting and greeting, client conversation style), treatment room setup, and sourcing essential tools and equipment. The course also includes 2 hours of observation in a real-world setting at NR's treatment facility.

To clarify the course structure, our training is primarily hands-on and practical. The theoretical component will be assigned as self-study to be completed at home.
