Code of Conduct
To ensure all learners are given the best opportunity to learn, we would ask the following code of conduct is adhered to at all times:-
Punctuality is essential. Please ensure you allow adequate time to travel to the training centre and arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of the training. Lateness is very disruptive for other students and may mean you miss fundamental aspects of the training.
Please do not break from the training unless instructed to do so by the tutor. For larger classes a short lunch break is provided along with short (5 minutes) refreshment breaks throughout the day. Taking excessive or unauthorised breaks may mean you miss vital training that impedes your success on the course.
All students are expected to fully participate including giving and receiving treatments. Any exceptions (e.g. medical reasons) must be agreed at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property. We encourage students to leave all unnecessary valuables at home, remain vigilant to their belongings during training and take all property with them when leaving the centre. Any property left behind will be held for 10 days, following which it will be disposed as appropriate. Students are responsible for collection of lost items from site, by appointment. We cannot post or deliver any lost property.
Use of mobile phones is prohibited during training and should be turned off.
No smoking, use of e-cigarettes/vaporisers or chewing of gum within the training centre at any time.
Students must not consume or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during the training. You may be asked to leave the centre if we believe this to be the case and the police may be contacted.
We expect all participants to be courteous and respectful to tutors and each other. The use of foul language, or abuse of any kind including will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection for the course without refund. We endeavour to provide a welcoming, friendly atmosphere on training days and ask that all participants contribute to this.
